Membership takes effect from the moment the corresponding payment is made.

For a monthly subscription, benefits and discounts activate after 3 consecutive months of membership.

For quarterly or annual lump-sum payment, all benefits activate immediately.

The membership card and the benefits it provides are personal.

The member may not transfer their membership details or card to third parties for the purpose of using the Hub's or residents' discounts or other benefits.

Upon detection of abuse, the Hub reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the membership.

The member is entitled to receive a permanent discount (7%, 12% or 20% according to the chosen plan) on all products and services offered by the Hub.

Discounts are not combined with other active promotions, unless otherwise specified for a specific event. When a general promotional discount applies, the higher of the two discounts applies.

"Hidden Paths" participation for Companion and Advocate levels is determined by lottery; for Patrons it is guaranteed at least once a year.

The member consents to the processing of their data exclusively for the purpose of sending the Hub's news and invitations.

Names of Advocate and Patron level members are published in the website's honorary section. The member may request anonymity at the time of registration or after.

The member may cancel the subscription at any time from their personal page or by notifying the Hub administration.

Amounts already paid are non-refundable, but benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
